To help you search for plants online on Euro Plants Vivai, we advise you to follow the following Search Methods.
1st SEARCH METHOD
Click in the Navigation Menu > Store > Categories. Once inside the Category, you will find the Sub-categories in the right sidebar to further your search.
2ND SEARCH METHOD
Click in the Navigation Menu > store. Once you arrive in the Store, the “magnifying glass” that you find on the right in the Navigation Menu near the Shopping Cart is the tool at your disposal for further searching
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
The website offers various payment options: credit card payments via Stripe, secure payments with PayPal or credit card, cash on delivery with a 6 euro surcharge for orders up to 500 euros and bank transfer for orders over 500 euros. The 6 euro supplement for cash on delivery is calculated online when the order is sent.
I DON’T HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT, HOW CAN I PAY WITH MY CREDIT CARD?
If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can still pay with your credit card in two easy steps. After entering your billing and shipping information, select PayPal/Credit Card and accept the Terms and Conditions. Then click the “Proceed to PayPal” button and you will be redirected to a Euro Plants Vivai page on PayPal. To complete the payment, click the link “Don’t have a PayPal account?” and then the “Pay” button.
CAN I PAY WITH THE POSTEPAY PREPAID CARD?
Yes, you can pay with Postpay prepaid credit card on PayPal without problems as they are Visa or MasterCard cards. Once arrived on PayPal, to pay with your Postpay you will simply have to select either Visa or MasterCard.
IS THERE A SUPPLEMENT WITH THE MARK?
Yes, by choosing payment by cash on delivery there is a supplement of € 6.00 for the management of the same, calculated online when the order is sent. The total of your order is the actual total to be paid to the courier upon delivery of the plants.
IS THERE A MAXIMUM CASH ON DELIVERY AMOUNT?
Yes, there is a maximum amount for payment on delivery, equal to € 500.00. For all orders received for an amount exceeding € 500.00, you will be asked to change the payment method.
WITHIN HOW LONG CAN I MAKE THE BANK TRANSFER?
Euro Plants Vivai provides for a time limit of ten (10) days to make the Bank Transfer; after this deadline, the order will be automatically cancelled.

HOW TO SPEED UP THE DEPARTURE OF MY ORDER AFTER THE BANK TRANSFER?
To speed up the departure of your order after paying by bank transfer, it is advisable to send an email to the address email@example.com with the copy Accountant of the payment issued by your bank.
HOW TO ORDER PLANTS ONLINE
The first step is to add the products to your cart and proceed to checkout. The second step is to enter the billing and shipping information for the order, choose the payment method and send the order. Euro Plants Vivai will confirm the order by email. In the event that stocks are depleted, they will replace the missing varieties with similar ones. If you are unable to place your order online, you can contact customer service by phone or WhatsApp.
HOW TO CARRY OUT MY ORDER
After sending the order, the customer will receive two confirmation emails and will be able to view the order status by accessing his account. The order may be in progress or completed, and the customer can contact customer service to link the order to their account. Once completed, the shipment will be handled by BRT, who will provide delivery tracking information.
HOW CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS OF MY ORDER?

WHEN DO THE ORDERED PLANTS ARRIVE?
The ordered plants will be delivered within 24/48/72 hours from the shipping date. Shipping takes place from Monday to Thursday. There are no shipments on Fridays to avoid having plants in stock over the weekend. You will receive an “Order Completed” email once your order has been taken over by BRT. BRT will send you an SMS to confirm delivery and an email with shipment tracking information.
WHEN WILL THE SOLD OUT PLANTS BE AVAILABLE?
It is not possible to tell you precisely when the depleted plants will become available again. To be promptly updated when the plants are available again, we invite you to leave your Email Address directly on each Product Page for which you wish to be informed.
WHEN TO PLANT FRUIT PLANTS?
Fruit plants in pots offered online can be planted at any time of the year, but there are better times such as autumn, late winter and spring. Planting in autumn helps the roots to establish themselves during the vegetative rest, while the end of winter and spring avoid the risk of frost for the young plants.
DO YOU ALSO SELL WHOLESALE PLANTS?
Our nursery specializes in the retail and non-wholesale sale of plants. Our Price List, dedicated precisely to the retail sale of plants, is therefore valid for all Customers including 10% VAT. We offer discounts for purchase volume which are calculated automatically by entering the products and quantities in the Shopping Cart. At the same time, we remind you that free shipping is offered in Italy for all orders over € 50.00, which is also automatically calculated in the Shopping Cart.

Yes, all the plants you find online marked with immediate availability are actually available for purchase. We update our Website daily to allow you to have a situation as real as possible, buying safely and easily. Once we have received your order, we will reply via email to the email address you indicated, confirming the products and quantities requested. In the event of stock exhaustion, after your authorisation, we will replace the missing varieties with similar ones.
WHEN DO FRUIT PLANTS ENTER PRODUCTION?
Depending on the variety, cultivation techniques, climate and other concomitant factors, fruit trees begin production from around the third year onwards. Most of the 2 year old fruit plants in 20 pots we sell online are already productive. At your choice, many of the fruit plants are offered for 4 years in a 26 pot.
